FAQ

Everything you want to know before the demo

The questions operations, IT, and finance teams ask us most. Straight answers, with numbers, no fluff.

Platform

What exactly does the platform include?

Eleven modules in three groups. Core: iWMS, iTMS, iRouter, Smart Palletizing and Control Tower. Specialized: Cold Chain, Document Hub and Zero Label. Operational: GPS & Fleet Control, Companion and Plant Sync + Gate Scheduling. Everything connected in one platform, in the cloud managed by Geodot or on your servers: start with the modules you need and add the rest whenever you want.

Can I really load trucks to 99%?

Yes. We calculate load planning and routing at the same time, so we know exactly what fits in the truck before we route. A leading bottler went from 85% to 99% load and cut transport cost by 8%.

Our operation is very specific. Will you understand it?

That is exactly why we exist. Geodot was built from real operations: returnables, FEFO per customer, shelf-life per customer, cold chain, bonded warehouses. It's configured per SKU, per customer and per operating rule. Nobody had to explain to us what a safety gap is.

Do I need to change my hardware?

No. We work with standard Android, your existing Zebra scanners, and any GPS provider. You do not have to buy new equipment to get started.

What uptime does the platform offer?

It runs in the cloud managed by Geodot or on your servers, with real-time visibility and traceability from day one. The committed availability is written into the service-level agreement (SLA) of each contract.
