Pillar: Profitability
Smart Palletizing
Others route first and palletize later. Geodot does both at once: no tier-1 competitor calculates palletizing and routing at the same time. We know what fits in each truck before loading it, so you load to 99% with no safety gap.

Your trucks leave at 85%. That empty margin is money traveling empty
- Safety margin: you load to 85% “just in case” it doesn't fit.
- Rules in someone's head: the expert palletizer knows, the system doesn't.
- Whoever goes out twice pays twice: fuel, labor and wear.
- Returnable glass: the mandatory empty margin eats your truck capacity.
- Picking with no guide: the operator doesn't know how to build each pallet.
Palletizing that talks to routing, at the same time
Simultaneous recalculation
Every time you add an order to a route, the system recalculates palletizing instantly and tells you: this customer fits or doesn't, what goes on top, what goes underneath, how much of each.
Trade craft in the system
It knows glass goes on the bottom and what an empty safety margin is, with no need to explain. Stacking by product, family, customer, fragility and legal axle weight.
The returnable-glass rule
Take one glass customer off a truck and ten more orders fit on the next one: +10% capacity and 4 to 5 fewer trucks per day.
Visual build guides
Which product goes in each layer and position, with a step-by-step sequence and operator validation against the guide, layer by layer.
Routing and palletizing in one calculation: the truck leaves at 99%
Every time you move a customer from one truck to another, the pallet plan is recalculated on the spot and tells you whether it fits. That removes the safety margin trucks used to leave empty, just in case.
