Pillar: Control

iWMS: Warehouse management that sees every pack

Your SAP knows you have stock. Geodot's iWMS knows which pallet, which lot and which shelf height it's on, and which one is oldest. Real FEFO by expiration date and shelf life per customer, so they stop rejecting your truck.

Your warehouse loses money where no one is looking

  • Expired product hidden in the back: you find it when you can no longer sell it.
  • Picking from memory: the operator walks too far and builds orders with no guidance.
  • Phantom stock: the ERP says one thing, the floor says another.
  • Full-truck rejection: you ship product with little shelf life and it comes back.
  • No lot traceability: you don't know what you delivered to each customer.

A WMS that controls every pack, not just every pallet slot

  1. Real FEFO, not from memory

Ships by expiration date. When you pull a pallet it warns you “you have 12 older pallets in this location, go grab those.” The product hidden in the back disappears.

  2. Shelf life per customer

A major retail chain requires delivery with 83%+ of shelf life. If a trip has a customer with that rule, the system applies it to the whole trip when you scan: “this one's old, grab a fresher one.”

  3. Full traceability

Scan the label and it tells you its status, where it's been and where it is now. A single material master: volume, weight, shelf life, quarantine and physical location in one data point.

  4. Optimized picking

The same routing engine, applied inside the warehouse. Step-by-step guidance for the operator, and the expert's knowledge stays in the system instead of walking out the door.

Real FEFO: what expires first ships first, not what sits in front

When you scan a pallet, the iWMS checks all stock of that SKU by lot and expiry date, and applies the customer's shelf-life rule to the whole trip.

  1. 01The front pallet hides nothingIf older lots sit behind it or in another location, the scan tells you how many and where: there are 12 pallets older than this one.
  2. 02Shelf life per customerIf a customer on the trip requires at least 83% remaining shelf life, the rule applies to the whole trip and blocks any lot below it.
  3. 03No full-truck rejectionsAn out-of-rule lot is caught at scan time in the warehouse, not when the customer rejects the load at destination.
