Case studies
Numbers you can measure, not PowerPoint promises
Bottlers and fishing fleets already run Geodot in production. We clearly flag what's in production, what was shown in a demo and what's a typical scenario.

Two operations, told in full
Each story covers the context, the problem, what was deployed, how, and the numbers it left. We mark what is a measured result and what is a capability shown in a demo.
- 85% → 99%
A leading bottler
Truck load from 85% to 99% and 8% lower transport cost. The returnable-glass rule added 10% capacity.Read the full story - 23 vessels
A fishing fleet
23 vessels in production with telemetry and a Control Tower. Operations at sea, the plant and the trucks on a single screen.Read the full story
Three operations, three pain points: what runs and what was shown
Beverage and distribution (in production)
- The challenge
- Trucks leaving at 85% and routes built by hand every morning. It had 100 trucks under contract for a volume that called for 150, and 50 went out on a second run. The union's safety margin ate real capacity.
- What Geodot does
- Geodot calculates palletizing and routing at the same time: it knows what fits in the truck before building the route. It shifted returnable-glass customers between trucks to free capacity without breaking the margin.
- The result
- Truck load from 85% to 99% and 8% lower transport cost. The glass rule added 10% capacity and took 4 to 5 trucks a day off the road.
Cold chain and traceability (demo)
- The challenge
- Expired product hidden at the back of the warehouse and full-truck rejections because a customer demands delivery with over 83% shelf life remaining. Traceability took days to answer a claim.
- What Geodot does
- Geodot applies real FEFO at scan time: if you pull a pallet, it warns there are 12 older ones in another location and sends you to fetch those. The customer's shelf-life rule applies to the whole trip, not just one pallet.
- What was shown
- The older-pallet warning at scan, the shelf-life rule applied to the whole trip and lot traceability in seconds. A system capability, shown with test data.
Bonded warehouse and compliance (typical scenario)
- The challenge
- Goods under customs control tracked on spreadsheets and manual re-labeling at receiving, risking discrepancies and lost hours on every inspection.
- What Geodot does
- Geodot adds iWMS with Zero Label so the data travels with the pallet without reprinting labels, plus the Document Hub to keep every file versioned and at hand.
- What it solves
- Receiving without re-labeling, every move logged in real time and the evidence ready for audit.
